NEXUS has a full range of workshop and training packages.

Once the scope of your own Evolution plan is defined in the Excellence Visioning process, we then perform further assessments on the level of education and knowledge within the business teams.

This defines the education and training needs to be administered to ensure that the participants can undertake the changes and support the journey to excellence.

Then we structure the Evolution Plan Implementation and the Education support into the 5 CTM loops in the business (see positional paper)

We have specific education material and training tools for each of the

5 loops and the education typical in each of the 5 loops is defined in the Education course structure.

The Generic UNDERSTANDING LEAN THINKING WORKSHOP is formated for each loop, and then further special workshop sessions are added to define the issues and additional concepts for each specific loop.

For the New Product Introduction loop a special workshop including the Quick-Trac NPI product is provided.

For the Supply loop a workshop using the Balanced Sourcing material is used.

For the Make/Ship or Operating loop the Pull System workshop series is used.

A Business Performance Measurement Workshop and an Implementation  Toolkit Workshop set is included in each Evolution Plan package
